RESERVATION POLICIES:

24-hour notice required for all treatment sessions. Reiki treatments can be directly booked through the book now link. A free twenty minute phone consultation is provided for physical therapy and movement coaching services in order to ensure Balance by Heather can provide the skilled treatment required for your condition. Please indicate the best times for this session on the inquire form and every effort will be made to accommodate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

CHECK-IN:

Your time is important so treatments will start and complete on time. Please allow for traffic when visiting our healing studio in Burbank, CA. Parking is provided in a reserved space in our lot, please park only in designated space as you could get towed if in someone else’s spot.

FACILITIES:

If visiting the healing studio, please keep voices low, complete all phone calls before entering the hallway, and be mindful of others healing as well.

If sessions are conducted in your home please be aware this is your time for healing. Physical therapy sessions are 60 minutes, this includes set up and completion of the session. A safe open space for movement is vital for our work together in order to restore full mobility. Having this ready before arrival will reduce stress and maximize your treatment time.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please alert Balance by Heather of any medical changes you experience before, during, and after sessions. Please call 911 if you are having a medical emergency do not wait for your next scheduled appointment.
